Ingredients & Transparency

This is usually where we’d break down each ingredient and dose. For Brain Memory Keeper we’re doing something different — and more useful: explaining honestly why we won’t list ingredients we can’t verify.

We could not verify this product’s ingredients. The brand’s public marketing emphasises benefit claims over a clear Supplement Facts panel, and we found no reliable, consistent source for a complete ingredient list or dosages.

The sleep-vs-memory mix-up

One widely circulated third-party “review” of Brain Memory Keeper lists a sleep formula — melatonin, GABA, 5-HTP, L-theanine, tart cherry — and even calls it a “liquid” taken “before bedtime.” But the actual product is marketed as a memory/focus capsule. That page appears to be a recycled template describing a different product. We will not repeat its ingredient list, because doing so would likely misinform you.

Why we won’t “fill in” the gaps

We could guess at typical memory-supplement ingredients (things like bacopa, ginkgo, B-vitamins or L-theanine are common in the category). But guessing isn’t honest, and for a product you’ll swallow daily, accuracy matters more than a tidy-looking list. So we’re telling you plainly: we don’t know exactly what’s in it, and neither should you assume.

What to do before you buy

  • Demand the label. Find the actual Supplement Facts panel — every ingredient and the amount of each — before paying. If it isn’t shown clearly, pause.
  • Look for a per-ingredient breakdown, not just a “proprietary blend” total.
  • Check each ingredient yourself against a neutral source (NIH, NCCIH) once you have the real list.
  • Ask a pharmacist about interactions using the verified label, especially if you take medication.

Certification note: some marketing says “FDA approved.” No supplement is FDA-approved; the accurate claim is manufacture in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility — a manufacturing standard, not product approval.
